My background is in molecular biology and nutritional science, and I’ve been working for years on a series of food justice-focused YA thrillers

I love learning new languages and finding patterns in words and numbers. I dream vividly and eat way too fast. I get overly excited about very random things, like watching crows fly past a full moon, or creating an elegant spreadsheet. And I love everything to do with food: growing it, chopping it, cooking it, eating it.
